Meet Waseem Ahmed, a seasoned leader in IT Service Management (ITSM) with over 20 years of experience shaping the IT strategies of leading organizations including Citibank, American Express, CashAmerica, American Airlines, Sabre, PepsiCo, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, to name a few.  Waseem has a proven track record of deploying innovative solutions that maximize ROI.

Throughout his diverse career, Waseem has successfully formulated and executed global ITSM strategies, led platform integrations, and significantly improved operational efficiencies. His leadership has consistently yielded impactful results, such as a 30% increase in operational efficiency, a reduction in incident resolution time by 30%, and a 20% surge in customer satisfaction. Waseem is not just a leader but also a thought leader in the ITSM space. Kashif Ijaz

Meet Kashif Ijaz, a key member of the Xentrixus Management Team, is a master of efficiency and a virtuoso in the art of process design. Holding a Master Six Sigma Black Belt, Kashif brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Six Sigma and IT Service Management (ITSM) to the Xentrixus team.  Kashif is also the CEO of Xphyre, Inc. which is comprised 6 different companies ranging from healthcare Tech and Retail Construction industry.

Kashif's career is a symphony of successful projects, each one a testament to his skill and dedication. He has worked with a diverse range of companies, from startups to multinational corporations, in industries ranging from technology to manufacturing. His projects span across the globe, from the U.S to the Middle East and Southeast Asia, each one a testament to his ability to adapt and excel in diverse cultural and corporate environments.  One of Kashif's most notable projects was with a leading technology company, where he led a team in implementing Six Sigma methodologies to streamline their IT processes. Through his data-driven approach and focus on eliminating waste, Kashif was able to significantly improve the company's efficiency, saving them hundreds of thousands of dollars.

In another project, Kashif worked with a multinational corporation in the Middle East, where he designed and implemented a Service Value System framework within ITIL. This project resulted in significant improvements in corporate efficiency and a substantial reduction in operational costs.  Kashif's approach to process design and efficiency is co-creative and value-driven. Brian Bedingfield

Meet Brian Bedingfield.  Brian is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive skill set that spans across various domains of technology and management. With expertise in cloud solutions, particularly AWS, he has designed multilayer, loosely-coupled, stateless API architectures to support multiple applications and integrations. His strong experience in application, data, platform, and security disciplines has led to the creation of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), leveraging tools like Kong Enterprise API Gateway, Istio, and custom Authorization Servers using combinations of SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.

Adhering to NIST and FIPS standards, Brian has developed long-term compliance roadmaps and has hands-on experience with Amazon EKS, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon EC2, Elastic Load Balancing, and more. His proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Architectural Patterns, and Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) makes him a valuable asset in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.  Brian's experience extends to designing enterprise microservices, utilizing the Atlassian stack of CI/CD tools, and supervising vendor implementations of enterprise services end-to-end. He has led cloud transformation of legacy multi-tiered applications, re-platforming initiatives, and developed monitoring and system recovery strategies.

His leadership in Cyber Security, performance tuning, and infrastructure planning showcases his holistic approach to technology solutions. Brian's work with modern and legacy AuthN/AuthZ standards, including LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and JWT, has fortified the security aspects of his projects.

In the realm of operations management, Brian has consulted with Project Managers, developed Master Test Strategies, and applied the DMAIC Model for Process Improvement.
